Shipping

Everything is made to order, printed for you after you order, then sent on its way.

Everything at Oarfish is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse, so each piece is printed for you after you order, then sent on its way.

Processing Time

Your order is produced before it ships. Production usually takes 2 to 7 business days. You will get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking once it leaves the printer.

Shipping Times, Australia

Once dispatched, Australian orders usually arrive within 3 to 8 business days, depending on where you are. Production and delivery are separate steps, so please allow for both.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders usually arrive within 10 to 20 business days after dispatch. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are your responsibility and are not included at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and what you order. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Tracking

When your order ships you will receive a tracking link by email. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for it to start updating.

Delays

Made-to-order timelines can stretch during busy drops or holidays. If your order is running well past the windows above, contact us and we will chase it for you.

Damaged or Faulty Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or with a print issue, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right. For anything else, see our Returns and Refund policy.

Wrong Address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If an order comes back to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipping, which may carry a further shipping charge.
